Several weeks ago I had an amazing opportunity to paraglide in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru. This experience was absolutely one of the most amazing experiences I have had, and out of 42 traveled countries, this experience may just reach easily in the top 10. Michael from Aeroxtreme was an extraordinary pilot who took the time to ensure I had one of the best experiences possible.
I had sat in the park in Miraflores since 1:30 PM as the fog was so thick, the odds were that I would not have a chance to take my one and only opportunity to fly. Then at 5:15 that evening, the skies cleared to a beautiful late afternoon. Though I could have flown for hours on end, the time I had flying with Michael was amazing. I look forward to learning how to paraglide state side and continue to enjoy this experience that is so freeing of the human spirit.
