This compilation of images embark on the history of a dark era in Cambodia. The Khmer Rouge in the late 1970’s massacred the educated people of the country. The mindset of Pol Pot (Political Potential), the leader of Cambodia chose to have a country of pheasants that he felt would not challenge his rule. In less than 5 years over 2,000,000 educated Cambodians (Teachers, Doctors, Lawyers, Policemen, etc) were executed at the hands of children soldiers.
